L'App è sviluppata e pubblicata, e i relativi sistemi sono gestiti (sviluppo e hosting), da BITMAP CODERS, LLC (Nevada, USA — www.bitmapcoders.com), che agisce come responsabile del trattamento (processor) per conto del Titolare.

Per recapitare il codice OTP, il numero di telefono è trasmesso al fornitore del canale scelto (WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram) o, in fallback, via SMS (Twilio), esclusivamente per la consegna del codice.
I dati sono conservati finché l'account esiste. Puoi richiederne la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento scrivendo a hello@skybytesolutions.com.
Puoi esercitare i diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione (artt. 15-22 GDPR) scrivendo a hello@skybytesolutions.com. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
L'App non usa cookie, non effettua tracciamento, non usa strumenti di analytics e non mostra pubblicità. La fotocamera (scanner) e l'NFC funzionano solo localmente sul dispositivo: nessuna immagine o contenuto è memorizzato o trasmesso.

The App is developed and published, and its systems are operated (development and hosting), by BITMAP CODERS, LLC (Nevada, USA — www.bitmapcoders.com), acting as processor on behalf of the controller.
We only collect data you voluntarily provide in the App:

To deliver the OTP code, your phone number is shared with the provider of the chosen channel (WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram) or, as a fallback, via SMS (Twilio), solely to deliver the code.
Data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request its deletion at any time by emailing hello@skybytesolutions.com.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR arts. 15-22) by emailing hello@skybytesolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).
The App does not use cookies, does not track you, does not use analytics tools, and does not show ads. The camera (scanner) and NFC work on-device only: no image or content is stored or transmitted.
